    If you want to be paid well, join NFC but be willing to forego your worklife balance.
    The good thingsCompetitive salary and teachers are multifunctional staff. You will gain so much experience from all the planning that you do for things outside of teaching.
    The challengesteacher-child ratio is too big; granted ECDA are in charge of it, but as an organisation instead of meeting AOP requirements and trying to fit in more and more children into an already full centre, NFC should focus alot more on the wellbeing of teachers.
