Very good learning experience and Opportunities keep coming.

The good thingsVery good Turkish Food, very good opportunity to jump from boarding agent to full fledged shipbroker. This company is directly linked with Dava shipping and Straits Marine so parrallel transfer and promotions are very possible and are always offered. As boarding officers we get an easy $70 each time we go on board a ship during office hours. each boarding officer gets around 15 to 18 ships to handle per month on an average month.

The challengesMust always be contactable 24/7. Stiff competition from colleagues because everyone wants to do well. The boss is very fair but is demanding. But all the hardwork pays well in terms of salary increment and opportunities that become available outside once you have experience in Pacmar Shipping.
