    The good thingsI brought value to my work and day to day activity being open and following the HPC of the company \" I say what I think\". I am happy I found here an great team and together we improved processes and developed a good relation that makes our work to be something that we enjoy every day. It is a pleasure to come to work when you know that people are listening to you and work together with you to have things improved and have tasks done in due time. Working at Parexel is one of the greatest jobs I have ever had. With all the different kind of situations that I had to handle I also grow as a person and develop communication skills that I never thought I have.
    The challengesIt is a real challenge to work with the timelines in Parexel but everything can be done and achieved where a good team is in place. As we synchronize ourselves very well and know each other how much we can and who's the best in what area, helped us to prioritize tasks and use our capacity as efficient as possible.
