The good thingsIt was like a small family. The place was very welcoming and people were professional. The staff benefits were also good and it supports work life balance. Being in the company for more than 10 years tells something.
The challengesBeing a small organisation in Singapore, HR has to do everything i.e. recruitment & retention, employee relations, benefits & compensation, payroll, leave administration. Only 1 HR to support !50 staff which can be a handfull.
