The good thingsThe company has helped me to grow professionally by sending me to courses as the company believes in investing on their staff to be better equipped with the relevant knowledge and capabilities to get the job done. The higher management is very understanding and caring to their staff as they will address to their work related issues and concerns.

The challengesNothing not enjoyable about as the team is ever so willing to lend a helping hand and it's a good culture that not many companies have. Management do not micro manage and trust their staff to get their job done.
