Working in PSB Technologies.

The good thingsThe colleagues are nice to work with and the bosses have developed the employee's skills progressively via on job training. And they strive to achieve a work life balance through periodic activities like bowling, badminton and company outings. Similar with most other companies we work well in teams, the larger the project the bigger the team. And the effort of each and every individual counts, regardless of the level, knowledge and skill. Because of this cohesion, PSB always deliver on time, with reduced cost and innovation.

The challengesTo be frank, conflict do happen in this work environment when things didn't go well and the deadline is near. We just have to learn to give and take in order to make sure everything goes on. And sometimes, installation of machine is a challenged when the scheduled is delayed as the customers may have other activities going on.
