    It generally a good and stable company to work in. HODs all generally very supportive and protective of their own staff. After office hours mean after office hours. You are empowered to manage your own work and schedules. At the end it the results that company is looking at.
    The good thingsGood work life balance Great and supportive colleagues who will help you. Most of the colleagues here have worked for 20 to even 40 years. The colleagues are more like family members than just colleagues. Stable environment. The company is fundamentally financially solid due to the strong cost controls. Hence staff will not go out of jobs. Management always try to maintain fairness and equity hence staff generally get a second chance. This company still has a human touch to issues. It very hard to find such company anymore.
