What’s it like working at RE&S Enterprises?

    AI summary of recent reviews

RE&S Enterprises offers some positive workplace aspects, including supportive and patient management who help new staff adapt to their roles. Employees appreciate the work-life balance benefits, including work-from-home options for office staff, and many mention the presence of friendly colleagues who contribute to a positive working environment.

However, employees face several workplace challenges, including concerns about understaffing, particularly during peak periods and following COVID-19 restructuring. Staff often manage heavy workload demands with multiple responsibilities, and there are limited opportunities for professional development with no company sponsorship for further education.

There is chance where you will be working for a long term but ur job scope is wide array of duties that are not fixed or common.
The good thingsThere is work life balance, Employers are flexible and you can WFH once per week for office staff. Benefits are good
The challengesWhen start work, if the position is not an existing position or operation position, ur job is probably very vague.

    It used to be GOOD.
The good thingsThe company use to be great. It gives you insight on how company works. Their managers are always patient in guiding new staff to adapt to this new work place.
The challengesAll good things have to end. Most of the staff did not receive their meals voucher despite being promised in the contract. More staff and partimers getting retrench die to covid 19. For me the lack of care for the workers will eventually hurt the company's standard in the future.
