    An enriching experience
The good thingsGood prospects for exposure into the social work sector and for self-development and upgrading. Company puts a good amount of emphasis on training and sending one for upgrading courses to ensure one is capable and well-trained to perform their duties. Good starting point for fresh graduates to obtain relevant working experience.
The challengesWork style is very reactive to the incidents and emergencies. There is no work-life balance. Shift work, constant overtime, requires you to be connected after hours for emergencies. Often, the best working hours are after official work hours, as most of the official work hours are spent doing administrative duties. Very high turnover and attrition rate of employees across all sectors except upper management.
