According to our accountants’ feedback, they have learned a lot while in our firm as they learned accounting, audit and tax with work life balance and mostly working till 6pm-7pm. Our audit partners and managers and senior accountants conduct regular coaching of our accountants. We have regular outing for team bonding.We have many documented SOPs for newcomers to read first, then clarify with buddies if not sure.
