What’s it like working at Sea Consortium (Pte) Ltd?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Sea Consortium (Pte) Ltd appreciate the good cooperation among colleagues and the family-oriented working style where colleagues help one another. The company is praised for its very good culture with a respectful and friendly environment. In the IT department, managers and directors are open to listening to employees and considering their suggestions. The workplace location at Duxton Hill is convenient, being close to food centres and MRT stations. Employees also receive good bonuses, with yearly company performance bonuses.

However, there are some potential areas for improvement. Communication across all departments could be enhanced, and some reviewers noted a lack of established processes in certain areas. On-the-job training could be improved, as some employees found it difficult to learn on their own initiative, particularly for those new to the shipping industry. Additionally, certain roles may require employees to work longer hours due to delays and disputes, with salaries not fully compensating for the additional workload.
