    Software Handler  Relies on a manual merging tool.  Holds the title of Lead but operates more like a Manager.  Lead spent too much time on manual code merging, unwilling to learn and adopt an automated merging tool  Juniors are expected to quickly develop and deliver software independently, without the lead’s involvement in development.  Frequent instances of loud yelling directed at team members in the office!!  Lacks modern technologies, skills, and software knowledge in this company
