    The good thingsFriendly and kind colleagues, great learning opportunities and enriching exposure, multiple roles and varied responsibilities to take on, Unstructured and flexible way of working and engaging with varied group of clients.
    The challengesDiscourages personal growth and clarifying questions. Lack of open communication. Not appropriate to enquire for help or seek for explanations or external supervision. Relies on frequent usage of coercive practices for compliance. Abrupt changes in decisions that had already been made.
