    No micromanage, understanding management
The good thingsTarget can be hit easily. Have enough leads daily. You’re free to express yourself. Zero micromanage! Management trusted you a lot, treat you like a proper working adults.
The challengesHigh turnover rate. Management should know how to handle your staff better. When your staff have some misunderstanding among one another, you sit them down all together and talk. And not discourage us to clear the air. make your staff do not trust you.

Great colleagues and specialists to work with
The good thingsI loved working with the other consultant and specialists were very nice. however, there was a lot of hiring and people leaving. People usually left because of management. Boss is flirtatious and is very egotistical. There are great places to eat for lunch and the office has a great pantry with free coffee and tea. The places looks like a restaurant.
The challengesthe clients were a challenge but you get your nice people too. there is a 6 page scripts to memorise before your start making calls. there was a lack in leads on most day so you would have to treat each lead like gold. The training wasn't as great as they made it out to be.
