    The good thingsThe Standard Operating Procedures give officers clear instructions. When clarificarions are needed, there are proper channels for officers to seek advice. Officers have the autonomy to manage a variety of different cases and prioritise their work without being micro-managed.
    The challengesOfficers on employment contract have to leave after their employment contracts end, even though they wish to stay :(. Workstations are sometimes dusty, when officers have to pore through old documents during investigative work.
