The good thingsChill and relaxing working environment. Tasks are not hard. Ok friendly colleagues, good for people who loves deskbound type of work
The challengesCons: Temp assistant is bad due to job misfit. Bad Management too. Managers/Executive are always in meeting. Micro-managing is common. Temp are not treated as part of organization and are part of outliers. Personal privacy might be comprised too. Managers/Executives are afraid of upper management and will not hesitate to drive you downwards at all cost to protect themselves. Every little small things had to have records to show you're working, causing things to be really inefficient and ignorance. What to improve? -Treat every staff with basic respect. -Treat people like how you want to be treated, if not more staffs will resign. -Make "No-Meeting" day to improve efficiency

The good thingswork is easy to take on, hybrid work schedule. i will include here that i have changed the dates of my work so that i can remain anon.
The challengesManagement showed strong resistance to new ideas & change, fostering a fearful environment due to weak leadership, evidenced by my unjust post-confirmation firing. Despite promoting teamwork, they lacked understanding. My manager's passivity forced me to cover their errors. Dysfunctional leadership.

The good thingsCheaper food options compared to town. Accessible by buses and mrt. Very slow pace of work.
The challengesManagement is not open to new ideas and change. People fear speaking out as they will be blacklisted and targeted during appraisal. Weak leadership and poor culture.
