    Im lucky I moved to a proper company
    The good thingsThey do not ask me for sales, but still pay me. The management keeps asking for ideas as they do not know what they are doing. They messed up my promotion as there is no clear promotion criteria.
    The challengeswork well with my friends. we need to discuss what company wants and then try to do it. manager does not support us. no customer come, i serve around 2-3 customer a week and sit .

    The good thingsThey pay you on time and buy you a bun sometimes.
    The challengesCant speak proper english and don't know what they are doing. They keep all the commission from insurance sales and do not pay any commission to the agents. There is a very vague promotion criteria. consider carefully.
