    Toxic culture and high turnover
    The good thingsWorking with like-minded and passionate leaders and educators.
    The challengesHigh turnover. Many experienced and good HQ leaders and principals left due to toxic culture and clashes of views and working styles. Need to work on retention of good leaders.
