The Canary Diamond Company was founded by William Lam. Starting as an apprentice in his father’s goldsmith shop, he become general manager of a large Hong Kong based jeweler and finally relocated to Singapore to head their Singapore operations for thirty years. A designer by training, he has won numerous design awards (including the Prestigious GIA International Design Award) and judged in Jewelry Design Competitions around Asia. As a veteran in the Jewelry business, he has nurtured many budding designers. Some of his proteges has since won International Design Awards and become Acclaimed Fine Jewelry Designers. A testament of his passion and contribution to the trade....The Canary Diamond Company was born out of his passion for Fine Gemstones and Exquisite Jewelry Design.
