    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Toyota appreciate the company's continuous learning culture and opportunities for career development. The work environment is comfortable, with clean offices and flexible working hours. Toyota offers excellent benefits such as healthcare, overtime claims, bonuses, and employee assistance programs. The teamwork and supportive environment fostered by Toyota's culture are also valued by employees.

However, some potential challenges have been noted. A few employees feel that Toyota's top-down management approach can lead to slow decision-making processes. There are indications that overtime may be required, potentially impacting work-life balance. Additionally, a few reviews mention concerns about low pay packages, particularly for contract staff. Some long-term employees have also noted a perceived shift in Toyota's culture away from its traditional Japanese roots.

The good thingsWas able to learn the best of Toyota culture before it has gone totally down the drain
The challengesThe top management team has gone localized and the good culture from Japan TMC has eroded. It has become the worst of both top down and result driven culture. There is a recent mass exodus with around 10% to 20% personnel leaving with average 5 to 20 years of service
