The good thingsColleagues were helpful and willing to share. Peers were friendly
The challengesUpper management will just take care of themselves. At the lower position of the Organization and not family member, you are just dispensable and not appreciated. The compensation was just terrible and even the commission from sales was given out without any transparency. You coukd have very good sales but when they calculate your commission, the 1-2 million$ sales translate to 50$ commission.

The challengesPoor management system and employee benefits. Salary range at lower end, no health insurance provided, no AWS, and work permit only for most foreign workers. Worse come to worst, employees always have to take up few portfolios because resigned head count will not be replenished.
