    It has been ok so far…
    The good things1. Understanding and decent store manager(Cris, based at Tampines Mall outlet), decent boss. 2. It is good to be busy so that time will fly quickly. 3. Some colleagues are helpful when still quite new and taking a bit more time to find the product location. 4. Decent hourly pay. 5. Very flexible (for part timers).
    The challengesEven though I do run, it can be tough on the legs due to standing for hours. But, after a week plus, used to it. Settling down slowly. (to this retail work)

    The good thingsWorking at Watsons has been an incredible experience because everyone works together like a big family. We support and help each other, creating a positive and friendly environment. The bosses at Watsons are amazing. They care about our growth and always give clear instructions. They also listen to our ideas and feedback, which has made me better at my job.
    The challengesIt used to be a little hard to share information between different departments and stores. We wished for better ways to share important details and updates. But things have improved a lot since we started using KNOW. Now, it is much easier to keep everyone informed and connected.

    Rare to have supportive HR Staff
