Creating a family relationship at work.The good thingsI've been working at Watsons for 4 years now. The best thing I can say is that the envronment is not just about making money. But, creating a second family. Aside from learning new and interesting things from my workmates our company is spending so much time on creating balance between work and fun. Going out and hanging out with staff from other was the most fun.
The challengesWorking 4 years in this company, from being amateur I can tell that I became more professional specially on being patient with all the papers and handling complaints from customers without the assistance of my superior. Being confident to handle difficult situaions is one of the best aspect that everyone should learn and this would be one of my best asset that I will be bringing no matter where I go or circumstances I face as I work and face customers.
