    Poor Management and No Communication
    The good thingsEmployee can develop their skill provided have time as employee is too busy with their own work
    The challengesPoor management, management wouldn't listen to employee's suggestion, management like to micromanage, claims take forever to get back, management always ask to do work out of scope and always find the wrong person to do the job. Management like to call for meeting after work, and will blame if fail to answer the call. No appreciation given.
