- Answering phone calls and directing them to the relevant personnel or department.
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Maintaining a professional office environment and ensuring cleanliness and organisation.
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports by collecting and sorting information.
- Performing general administrative duties such as filing and typing documents.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes and post.
