How to become a Training Officer
You need at least a GCE A-Level to become a training officer. However, employers may prefer candidates with a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Training & Development, or an industry-relevant course.
- 1.Finish your GCE A-Level and supplement it with an industry-relevant or training-oriented diploma or degree.
- 2.Learn skills in developing training programmes by taking WSQ courses like Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE).
