What’s it like working at ABC Cooking Studio?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at ABC Cooking Studio value the comprehensive training provided, including monthly sessions, as well as the opportunities to learn and grow by taking initiative in a new company. The open and cheerful atmosphere contributes to a positive work environment. There is also appreciation for the unique chance to go overseas to different markets.

However, some potential challenges exist, such as having sales responsibilities in addition to teaching. The COVID-19 pandemic has also negatively impacted business over the past year. As a start-up, there are processes still being established which requires employee initiative. Fun environment and loads to learn
The good thingsI came in with no knowledge to of cooking or baking. Was trained well by the trainers and managers. Great that training was given every month. Eventually was able to teach many students how to cook and bake!!
The challengesOther than teaching, sales is a big portion of this job too. Its tough the past year due to covid.

    We are still NEW!
The good thingsSince we are localized and still new to the market, thus we can plan, do and improve everything by our-self which can learn a lot and experience as we can do as possible. Also, there is a chance to go overseas where we are and wish to be in the future. This is not everywhere we can have chances at.
The challengesAt the same time, there is not established anything yet as it's start-up company. So everyone needs to take initiative to find a way to improve and create jobs. Sometimes need to require your needs to your management which is not easy to do so.
