    The good thingsThe company provides 2 days of family care leave to those who are not entitled to childcare leave. And the company allows staff to work from home to tackle household issues at the same time. And immediate family members are given fully subsidised medical, dental and even vision care capped at an amount. Generally, this company takes very good care of it's staff and family.
    The challengesThe challenges are to work with people all over the world. Both in the same office, and remotely from other distant countries. And due to the company's dealings with fast pace advancement of technology, we will need to constantly update ourselves with the latest knowledge.
