What’s it like working at AMP Singapore?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at AMP Singapore appreciate the cohesiveness between staff and employer, as well as the flexible working hours, despite occasional weekend work for community service. Mentoring kids is seen as a rewarding experience, as the kids learn quickly and open up easily, making the bonding experience priceless. The accessible location near facilities and shops, along with good staff benefits, are also highlighted as positive aspects.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as the need to appease clients at times, handling kids who can be a handful and may not always listen to instructions, and a perceived need for new blood in the management team.

During my working experienced with AMP,we worked as team not individually,family-oriented and lifted up each other in whatever circumstances and last but not least respected one another despite whatever designation you were holding.
The good thingsThe mosts part that I enjoyed were our cohesiveness between staff and employer, flexible working hours despite we had to be present for work on weekends occasionally-part of our values in volunteering our services to the community and subsequently lessen the burden those in needs.
The challengesEvery company or industry that we work for will always face challenges and obstacle but for me was having to appeased the client.

The good thingsBeing a mentor to the kids really made me realize they learn fast. They open up easily when they get close to you, and bonding with them is priceless because all they need sometimes is a listening ear.
The challengesSome kids are a handful. They don't listen to instructions at times, yet they try hard to be mature about things.
