The challengesWhen workload rises to a critical phase, surely there's bouts of tension and urgency. There's where boss will get jumpy and u will find ad-hoc requests springing up with short datelines.
Being a SME local company, it's no doubt that their remuneration packages aren't competitive to the MNCs. Perhaps the Mgmt should consider good incentive bonuses to reward deserving personnel.
More time-outs and team cohesion events can be arranged to boost up and keep the work morals high for every project well-done.
