    Comfortable working environment
The good thingsGood salary with commission. Free food and accommodation. Less working hours as compare to other hotel and restaurants. Someone can earn more by selling tour package to guests. Travel agencies also give handsome commission for referring customers to purchase tour package, entertainment shows or flight booking. Cooperative staff and supportive management.
The challengesIn high season from November to February too much customers it's hectic four months because people come for winter holidays, Christmas and New years celebrations. Usually working hours are increase, weekly holidays decrease from four to two and load of work create extra stress. But overall it's good to learn load management, stress handling and maintaining quality services at peak hours.
