A good organization to work in still.
The good thingsThere are often new challenges and it offers motivation to go work. There are mentors that are willing to lead and coach. You grow by learning more and do more with out scope responsibilities.
The challengesManage discriminations from the management. Despite putting in long hours to contribute, is never enough. If you are someone that can manage public relations, you can work your way up and do lesser.

The good things- Respect is given to each other - Work life balance is there most of the time for most depts - Company is pretty stable (some may say stagnant)
The challenges- Too much pandering to the top management for meaningless things - A lot of company culture activities that feel like school - Not really a flexible working policy or arrangement despite what HR tries to portray
