    The challengesAll new staff high salary than old staff. No career opportunity. No work life balance. Management take it for granted. For the past few years too many staff leaving due to poor management.

    Run. This place is a mess
    The good thingsIt pays the bills in a steady manner You’ll feel immense gratitude and freedom after you quit If you live nearby the office you’ll have a short commute
    The challengesPoor employee recognition Upper management will constantly gaslight you about the help that’s on the way Good luck getting on boarded Must enjoy redundant processes Must enjoy being tethered to your phone and email 7 days a week 14-16 hrs a day Client is extremely demanding, but your hands will be tied behind your back Must be good at spin/ can’t be transparent with client Must appreciate dysfunctional systems that are antiquated Moral of most of team is extremely low Must enjoy driving as fast as you can to present work to client because the work always gets finished last minute Must be skilled at jumping off a cliff and then building an airplane
