What’s it like working at DIGI?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Digi Singapore Pte. Ltd. appreciate the great benefits offered, as well as the good work/life balance with flexible hours and no pressure to work overtime from bosses. They also enjoy having friendly colleagues and the convenient location near an MRT station.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as feeling overwhelmed by a high workload with one person handling too many projects. Customer demands can also contribute to high stress levels, and there is a perceived inability for bosses to say no to requests. Additionally, some employees feel there is poor management, with micromanaging from some managers and a lack of opportunities for career progression. There is also a sense that working at the company can challenge your limits, suggesting high workload or demands.

Good bosses and benefits and promotion but lack of SOP and manpower.
The good thingsBenefits are great. But sometimes stress level can be quite high due to customer demand. Work life balance is good as bosses don't pressure to work overtime. However workload can be overwhelming sometimes due to too many projects and customer asking this and that and bosses don't know how to say no.
The challengesCustomers can be demanding at times. Bosses unable to say no due to want to get more business. One person handling too many things at once.
