Foc Restaurant Group is the brain-child of a collaboration between Nandu Jubany, a 1-star Michelin Chef hailing from Barcelona, Jordi Noguera, formerly Head Chef of Foodbar Dada and Dario Knox, an award winning mixologist formerly from W Barcelona and Catalunya restaurant in Singapore.The restaurant offers a Catalan/Mediterranian style cuisine offered on small plates in a bar setting, combined with a fine selection of specially crafted cocktails as well as wines and spirits.Foc means "fire" in the Catalan language (Barcelona region in Spain). We hope to bring a bit of the passion, street vibe and energy from the lively Barcelona tapas scene to Singapore.The restaurant is also Nandu Jubany's first business in Asia. We are looking for good people to grow the business with, in Singapore and across Asia.
