The good thingsWorking with different types of customers and colleagues was fun. Staff discounts were great.
The challengesWas given a virtual guidebook to have a heads up before starting the hands-on training is helpful but it was unfair to have the manager to assume you would have remembered everything, being that it was my first time in retail. The amount of time for training was too little in my opinion, I needed to be overseen because of being unclear on the spot and nobody was around to help out.
