An enriching work experience
The good thingsThe colleagues from the office as well as the management helped me out whenever I'm unsure of things. Even during off working hours, they would sure to reply me. I have definitely learnt a lot during my working time.
The challengesDue to the allocation of work timing, and the insufficient people, i may have to help cover the timings. Sometimes it requires me to be on full shift (for e.g. 9am-930pm or if there is a extension of hours it would be 9am to 10pm).
