A good place to work as a technician, but not as an engineer. It depends on the individual whether they like the workplace or not. There is no career advancement at all.
The good thingsOne of the great things about working here is the work-life balance. Once the workday ends, there’s no need to bring work home, which allows for proper rest and personal time.
The challenges At times, the workload distribution can feel unbalanced due to some colleagues not putting in the same level of effort, which affects overall team efficiency.
