The good thingsFreedom to manage the projects under your care as long as running smoothly.
The challengesPoor management who does not take responsibility and just passes issues downwards, even though the poor state of the company is due to their bad decisions. Significant overcommitment into projects while having a severe lack of manpower leading to ridiculously large workloads and high turnover rate.
