The challengesThere were a lot of challenges. You need to report daily sales in the afternoon and evening. You also need to do weekly reports. Clothes must be racked perfectly before the end of your shift. Above all, the current salary offering is below industry standards, and the salary provided does not fully reflect the responsibilities of the role. There is also an incompetent store manager which makes the work environment unpleasant.
