The challengesUnderlying issues of hidden office politics, which hinder transparent decision-making and create an atmosphere of uncertainty. Based on hearsay, certain non executive employees like to pull ranks on employee at the bottom of the corporate hierarchy.
Additionally, there is a notable lack of effective leadership and clear accountability. There are times where you feel like you’re wasting your time working on certain tasks.
Another challenge is the disregard for a healthy work life among employees, with unnecessary rush to complete assignments due to poor planning by the management.
There is also a perception exists that the executives are heavily influenced by Australian stakeholders, serving as a prime factor behind these challenges.
