My job as a Physiotherapist Assistant
The good thingsI love to work with the patients and help them get through any issues they have in their daily treatments, I will be there to talk to them and make them smile again. That is my greatest joy especially the older patients. My working colleagues are great team mates too. My employer tackles issues fast and with efficiency. When I have a problem and I feedback to my management, they solve it quickly and I appreciate the fast revert.
The challengesNothing that I cannot handle. I believe in every company we work in there will be challenges. We have to grow bigger than our challenges in that way we learn and progress. Most importantly is that we have the patience to learn new job scope which is beneficial to me and my team mates.
