    The good thingsThis is a good workplace with satisfying medical benefit. For medical benefit, 90% is being covered by the company. There is 13th month bonus. There is yearly retreat and company dinner where you can get to know one another from other part of the company.
    The challengesLong working hours as there is often lack in manpower (Childcare side) Sometimes you will need to do overtime at your own time to prepare the prop that is needed due to the age group that you are working with. This is usually not compensated.

    A good place as a retirement job
    The good thingsColleagues end up like family; mostly because adversity brings people close. Culture is relaxed. Pay is negotiable and will increase salary to keep staff. Small organisation with different centres, easy to get along with people.
    The challengesBecause culture is relaxed, there tends to be relaxed on rules too. Often colleagues who are not honest or want the easy way out; often will do morally unacceptable things like in the private sector. Management has been terrible for many years, so don’t expect anyone to change overnight. The organisation is Christian, so those applying; make sure you’re of the same faith.
