    The good thingsTeam is small, hence there are opportunities to perform if you are up for it. Colleagues are generally helpful and nice to work with.
    The challengesManagement lacks flexibility and trust in it's employees. As it is a family business, family relationship sometimes gets in the way of professional hierarchy. Lack career development opportunities as it's a very small company and it is a strictly family run business.
