    Was a roller coaster ride
    The good thingsIt was a good learning ground with it just started operations. There were opportunities to learn and grow with the organisation with the previous senior management. There were a lot of progress with the company and it was a fun and different environment to work for especially when I joined the company as a junior. Your hard work and efforts can be seen and appreciated but many obstacles.
    The challengesEntertainment and nightlife industry requires a lot of researching and understanding and knowing your target audience well. The branding your club wants to build, the type of people you want to attract and employing the right people and providing the right entertainment and the current trend and liking. Doing up promotions and marketing to pull in customers and not cheapen your club image & brand.
