    Good stepping stone. If you can survive here, you can survive anywhere
    The good thingsCompany will invest a lot for employees in terms of training and courses. Supervision is superb.
    The challengesPay is reasonable but may not be worth it due to high workload. In addition, you may not get yearly increment. Work-life balance may be compromised.
