As a forward-thinking SME, we provide professional services to the libraries such as cataloguing and collection development.     The good thingsIt is very good company to work with. Highly disciplined and peaceful work environment. Work first kinda company. The company won't give you ideas, instead the company needs your ideas which is the core requirement for any job around the world. Work hard 5 days, rest 2 days as much you want. Much good thing about working here is, the company will encourage you to undergo courses which will benefit for the company and yourself. More motivators and personal helpers/advisors are present which will always make the company look good.
    The challengesThere is gap between higher inidviduals and lower. The gap needs to be filled up in order to get the work done much faster. Talk as much as you want but only once in order to avoid humiliation.

    The good thingsMajority of the colleagues are very friendly and approachable. They help one another so you find thing less stressful at times. You can also wear very casually to work.
    The challengesFulfilled customer order on time as some may need their item urgently. Additionally, report customer order status promptly.
