How to become a Fitness Trainer
To become a Fitness Trainer, not only should you be passionate about working out and overall health, but also be able to motivate, inspire, and connect with clients.
- 1.Possess at least a minimum GCE O-Level.
- 2.You may stand out more if you have a background in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- 3.Obtain a WSQ certificate in Fitness Instruction or the equivalent. Other certifications to try: American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), or (National Strength and Conditioning Association) NSCA.
- 4.Get extra qualifications relevant to your field, such as first aid training.
