Good learning ground but not so about the remuneration
The good thingsAMRI is where I picked up my organic synthesis skill, and thankfully I was well-trained from the organization. AMRI is a CRO company, they have good number of advance instruments in the laboratory, but not extensive list... which means, you have to go back to the basics and conventional way of practicing science; and trust me, doing science in the basic and traditional way is the best way to train
The challengesUnfortunately, employees are not paid competitively. With the amount of work given, employees should expect better remuneration package. Unless you have higher degree, if not it is rather hard to progress to higher role in the organization. Work experience does count, but not greatly recognized. The management can be a little bit over micro-managing, in order to please the clients
