    Passionate about coffee. That’s Costa. Since our creation in1971, when we started supplying coffee slow roasted the Italian way, we’ve grown to over 1000 stores worldwide. However, we have never lost sight in our core value – to make the best possible Italian Coffee. We have finally made our way to Singapore and now seek fun loving and dynamic talents to join our rapidly expanding team.

    Management is terrible
    The good thingsTeamwork is there. No one is going to feel left out. You will feel motivated working with such great colleagues. Great ambiance.
    The challengesYou have to remember placed receipts of the orders made by customers on the entire stretch of the counter to avoid mistakes which can be a hassle. Should invest on getting a monitor screen when there are orders(e.g.: McDonald's).

    The good thingsVery supporting in ensuring you reach your targets. Give lots of feed back on your store performance and your performance on Costa WinCard. Great incentive for new starters all the way to manager position.
    The challengesBeing part of a team. Managing all aspect of the business from sales, P&L, training, hiring, labour, stock taking and customer services. Able to move around and help or support other store in training, managing other site when needed.
